Robins Regional Chamber of Commerce
MainStream GS is a member of the Robins Regional Chamber of Commerce. The Robins Regional Chamber is a business-based, volunteer, member-supported organization working full-time to preserve, enhance and expand the opportunities for orderly growth of business, industrial, professional, and educational communities. The Chamber seeks to generate positive business exposure, leadership development, a pro-active business voice, and valuable marketing opportunities for its members. The objectives of the Chamber are to preserve and increase jobs, capital investment and opportunities for economic growth in Georgia's Robins Region.
The Rogosin Institute's Tree of Life Gala
MainStream GS is a supporter of the The Rogosin Institute and its annual Tree of Life gala. The Tree of Life gala benefits The Rogosin Institute, premier medical and research center in New York City. The Rogosin Institute was established in 1983 as an independent, not-for-profit institution for research, treatment, and education in kidney disease (including dialysis and transplantation) and cardiovascular disease secondary to cholesterol and other lipid disorders. Rogosin's history can be traced to 1955 when the Cardiorenal Laboratory at the Second (Cornell) Medical Division of Bellevue Hospital in New York City was created and became the predecessor for ensuing kidney programs. Rogosin has unique ways of bringing the benefits of research to patients quickly.
The American Freedom Festival
MainStream GS is a proud sponsor of the American Freedom Festival. The American Freedom Festival is a concert event that features country music performers, actors, athletes, dignitaries and other supporters, joining together to help support and fulfill the mission of the American Freedom Foundation, Inc. The American Freedom Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)3 public benefit corporation organized to honor veterans of America's armed forces and raise money and awareness for various veterans' organizations with special emphasis directed to welfare and educational issues facing those wounded in action, those disabled and families and children of veterans killed in action during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Exploring the Arts
MainStream GS is a proud supporter of Exploring the Arts (ETA). Founded in 1999 by Tony Bennett and Susan Benedetto, ETA is a non-profit organization whose mission is to strengthen the role of the arts in American education by returning arts-enriched programming to public schools. To this end, ETA develops programs that connect private funders, individual artists and cultural institutions to public schools as a way to achieve greater equality of resources and opportunity for youth of all means and backgrounds. ETA champions programs and curricula that: teach young artists to embrace true craft over the cult of fame that pervades our culture; promote interdisciplinary learning by integrating the arts with standard academics; and encourage social consciousness and a commitment to community. ETA offers its programs and support to designated ETA Partner Schools.
Jackie Gimberline Endowed Scholarship
Joseph P. Patten and Jacqueline L. Gimberline founded MainStream in 1999 with a shared vision of providing middle market companies with operational and financial solutions that had previously had only been available to large corporations. Prior to MainStream, Jackie served as chief financial officer for a number of corporations, consultant and financial advisor to various financial institutions, and operations advisor to the U.S. Navy and Air Forces. In addition to being a highly accomplished business professional she was a wonderful role model for her two children. Jackie was a remarkable person in body, soul and spirit.
In October of 2006 Jackie was diagnosed with stomach cancer and after a valiant effort to fight off the cancer Jackie passed away in January of 2007. In memory of this great woman, MainStream, in conjunction with Jackie's alma mater, Morningside College, established the Jackie Gimberline Endowed Scholarship, a permanently endowed scholarship fund for non-traditional students attending Morningside College. The goal of the scholarship is to provide one or more scholarships annually to academically qualified, non-traditional undergraduate students. Preference will be given to students working toward a degree in business, with a demonstrated financial need, and from Northwest Iowa.
Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce
MainStream is a member of the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce. For more than a century, the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber has been the voice of business and the visionary organization in Oklahoma City. The Chamber represents thousands of businesses of all sizes and industries in Oklahoma City’s 10-county region.
Air Force Association (AFA)
MainStream GS has been a member of the Air Force Association for over four years. The AFA is an independent, nonprofit, civilian education organization that promotes public understanding of aerospace power and the pivotal role it plays in the security of the nation. AFA published Air Force Magazine, conducts national symposia and disseminates information through outreach programs. It sponsors professional development seminars and recognizes excellence in the education and aerospace fields through national awards programs. AFA presents scholarships and grants to Air Force active duty, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve members and their dependents; and awards educator grants to promote science and math education at the elementary and secondary school level. Additionally, AFA publishes a wide range of materials.
Association of the US Army (AUSA)
MainStream GS is a proud member of the Association of the U.S. Army. Since 1950, the AUSA has worked to support all aspects of national security while advancing the interests of America's Army and the men and women who serve. AUSA is a private, non-profit educational organization that supports America's Army - Active, National Guard, Reserve, Civilians, Retirees and family members. AUSA provides numerous Professional Development Opportunities at a variety of events both local and national. The mission of the AUSA is to represent every American Soldier by being the voice for all components of America's Army, fostering public support of the Army's role in national security and providing professional education and information programs.

MainStream GS is a proud member of the Association of the U.S. Navy.
Logistics Officers Association (LOA)
MainStream GS has been a member of LOA for over four years. LOA is comprised of over 3,200 military officers and civilians in logistics fields around the globe. The purpose of the LOA is to enhance the military logistics professions. LOA provides an open forum to promote quality logistical support and logistics officer professional development.
Business Civic Leadership Center (BCLC)
MainStream GS is a proud member of the Business Civic Leadership Center. The BCLC is a 501(c) 3 affiliate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the world's largest business federation. BCLC is the U.S. Chamber's resource and voice for businesses and their social and philanthropic interests. The BCLC addresses social issues that affect business, including corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, nonprofit and social service effectiveness, globalization, community investment, and disaster assistance. BCLC's vision is for the positive role of business in society to be understood and advanced. Its mission is to promote better business and society relations and improve long-term social and economic conditions by communicating the U.S. private sector's unique and valuable contributions, cultivating strategies and practices that achieve positive results, and coordinating public-private partnerships and coalitions.
Project Management Institute (PMI)
MainStream GS is a longtime member of the Project Management Institute. For nearly 40 years PMI has advocated on behalf of project professionals around the world. The PMI has over half a million members, credential holders, volunteers and trained project professionals that operate within 250 chapters in over 70 countries. PMI advocates project, program and portfolio management that can enhance and accelerate organizational change - driving innovation, improving bottom line performance, and strengthening competitive advantage. PMI's primary goal is to advance the practice, science and profession of project management throughout the world in a conscientious and proactive manner so that organizations everywhere will embrace, value and utilize project management and then attribute their successes to it.
Washington DC Chamber of Commerce (DCCC)
MainStream GS is a new member of the DC Chamber of Commerce. The DCCC has a long history of helping businesses both large and small. As the leading business organization in the Washington Metro Region, the Chamber serves a diverse membership of over 2,000 individuals. The Chamber's mission is to be the most valuable resource and leading advocate for businesses throughout the District of Columbia. With key contacts in the DC Council and Federal Government, the Chamber strives to reduce the cost of doing business through regulatory reform. Advocating for changes in federal and local laws the Chamber is able to positively impact business growth and development. In addition, the Chamber provides our members with invaluable tools to successfully build their business. From educational outreach, to networking and procurement opportunities, the Chamber does it all.
Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME)
MainStream GS is a longtime member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. As the world's leading resource for manufacturing information and knowledge, the SME promotes an increased awareness of the value of manufacturing among industry professionals and the general public, while introducing young people to exciting career options in the field. SME also identify, support and fund improvements in the educational system to better prepare tomorrow's engineers and scientists for the tough challenges they face. SME is the source for knowledge, networking and skills development opportunities for half a million manufacturing engineers, executives and members in more than 70 countries around the globe and helps them advance their careers, their companies, and their industries.
Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce (MCCC)
MainStream GS is a new member of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. The purpose and mission of the MCCC is to help its members succeed in business and to continue building a more vibrant, prosperous and connected community in Montgomery County. The Chamber accomplishes this mission by:

Cedar Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce
The Cedar Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce has been building a stronger economy and a better business community for more than a century. The Cedar Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce was organized and began operations in 1881 as the Cedar Rapids Board of Trade. The Board of Trade became the Cedar Rapids Commercial Club in 1897, then the Cedar Rapids Chamber of Commerce in 1918.
Today, the Cedar Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce is comprised of roughly 1,600 members. The Chamber is the community catalyst to enhance and promote economic vitality and quality of life in Linn County. Some of the organization's recent accomplishments include changing the form of local government from a commission form to the city manager/part time council form in 2005, partnering with The Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation in 2005 to create the Fifteen in 5 community planning process (the goal is to identify and implement 15 great ideas in Linn County by the year 2010), and successfully leading the Linn County one percent SILO tax campaign in 2007 (The 10-year tax will generate approximately $283 million dollars to pay for basic building and technology needs in the community's schools).
