David Sidnam, Advisor, CIO Advisory Services and Systems Development Project Management
Mr. Sidnam is an accomplished consultant with twenty-five years of experience helping businesses implement creative solutions that meet their strategic organizational needs. Mr. Sidnam has assisted a number of state and local government agencies and private organizations to develop and formalize their business objectives, select technology that meets their short-term and long-term needs, and build teams that deliver quality solutions.
Prior to his affiliation with Mainstream GS, Mr. Sidnam has served in roles ranging from software engineer to chief information officer, which has provided him with extensive experience at all levels of technology management. He is a certified project management professional with significant architectural experience. He spent more than a decade with the Microsoft Corporation, where he helped to architect and manage their internal IT solutions, helped launch the initial release of Expedia.com, and assisted their private and government customers with the development of solutions on the Microsoft platform. Mr. Sidnam holds an M.S. in Computer Science from West Coast University and a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California at Irvine.
