Katherine Fiedler, Ph.D.
Katherine Fiedler, Ph.D. is an experienced consultant and project manager. She has nearly 20 years of experience in project management and program design including experience in design development and the delivery of training. Ms. Fiedler has assisted organizations in the U.S., Canada and Europe, including a variety of local and federal government organizations, not-for profits, and private industry in developing and implementing quality management systems, documenting business processes, Homeland Security, evaluating training and assessment programs, and monitoring program and organization performance. Ms. Fiedler recently assisted the Department of Interior's National Business Center in implementing an ISO 9001 compliant Quality Management System.
Ms. Fiedler has taught graduate level courses in program evaluation and research design, been published in a number of scientific and professional journals, and presented at a variety of national and professional conferences.
