Katherine L. Davis - Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Davis career spans 29 years, serving in financial, operational, managerial, and accounting positions. She began her career at LeFebure Corporation/DeLaRue Systems, Americas in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where she advanced through the accounting function of credit manager, manager of financial planning and budgeting, controller-domestic operations, and corporate controller.
Ms. Davis has consulted with organizations in a variety of manufacturing industries including agriculture, industrial, food service, real estate, food processing and consumer products. In addition to manufacturing, her experience spans companies involved in import, export, sales, service and distribution, as well as holding the position of Vice President and CRO of a wholesale/retail jewelry and accessory chain.
Affiliated with MainStream Management, LLC since 1999, Kathy began consulting with Morven Partners in 2001, joining the company as Controller in 2003. Most recently Ms. Davis was the Vice President, accounting and administration, for Harvest Manor Farms, LLC a $175 million nut and snack company. After completing a successful sale of the company she rejoined MainStream Management in 2009 as the Chief Financial Officer.
Ms. Davis received her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Mt. Mercy College and is a Certified Public Accountant in Iowa.
