Mainstream GS’ IT Business Process Alignment (BPA) focuses on the re-design and implementation of information technology related business processes. This program combines elements of continuous process improvement and strategy planning, alignment and deployment. Our IT BPA program focuses making major improvements to your business processes while ensuring alignment with your organization’s strategic goals and IT innovations.
Our Information Technology Advisory team will conduct interviews with key stakeholders to help identify alignment opportunities within your IT business processes and prioritize those opportunities against your organization’s overall strategy plan. We will provide your leadership team with a prioritize report outlining identified efficiencies and effectiveness of your business processes and areas of improvement. The report will also contain alternative process scenarios for recommended and prioritized improvements as well as a process improvement roadmap for your IT related business process initiatives.
As a part of this program, our Information Technology Advisory team will conduct a Gap Assessment and formulate a Gap Action plan. We will also conduct a high level current state assessment of your IT processes to create a current state process map and report. This information will be used to formulate a Technology Utilization report and desired state process map. Our Information Technology team will provide your organization with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to integrate the efforts of the various functions of your organization as well as the ability to achieve significant improvements in cost, quality, speed and service utilizing new, existing or modified technical assets.
