Mainstream GS' IT Project Management focuses on the five project management processes: initiate, plan, control, execute and close. Our IT Project Management program utilizes an approach that closely follows the standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI). We advocate the processes, procedures and methodologies of PMI when analyzing projects, regardless of scope.

Our IT Project Management team will utilize MainStream GS' propriety Project Prioritization Tool (PPT) to assist in the prioritization of the project list in support of and to align to your organization's overall strategic plan. We will also produce a Gap Action report for prioritized projects. Our IT Project Management program also includes a Risk Exposure Analysis and Closing Report as well as on-going Earned Value Management reports on identified prioritized projects.
