Our Information Technology Advisory team will facilitate the development and implementation of a technology strategy plan that is aligned with the strategic plans of your organization. This technology strategy plan will includes key objectives and projects as well as Annual Improvement Priorities (AIPs). Our goal is to develop a 3-5 year Technology Project Plan which is tightly aligned with your organization’s overall goals and objectives.
As a part of our IT Strategy Alignment program, we will conduct a robust Alignment Gap Assessment and create a Gap Action plan. In conjunction with the Gap Assessment we will formulate a current state analysis and desired state report. Our Information Technology Advisory team will conduct stakeholder interviews. This information will be used to assist in establishing metrics and measures for the IT strategies and prioritized projects.
