Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Training & Certification
MainStream GS' LSS Training & Certification program includes internal facilitator training as well as LSS Green and Black belt training and certification. We adapt our training program to our clients' certification requirements as needed but also has the capability to provide certification to MainStream GS' LSS Green and Black Belt criteria. In addition, our LSS Training & Certification program includes a monitoring and validation component which assess the candidate's ability to successfully apply LSS tools and methodologies in problem solving projects and events, with measurable and sustainable results
