QCDS Management


MainStream GS' Quality, Cost, Delivery, & Safety (QCDS) Management program assists organizations in identifying and removing existing barriers to improve Quality, Cost, Delivery and Safely. Our Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) team will train client leadership in understanding and identifying the 7 Wastes and how the 7 Wastes impede QCDS within their organization. Our CPI team will work with your organization to systematically remove those barriers through a vast array visual management problem solving tools and methods.

Our QCDS Management program reviews the various roles within a continuous improvement culture to provide your workforce with clear goals and expectations. Our CPI team will assist your leadership team in developing metrics and improvement targets that are meaningful your workforce, as well as train your organization's workforce in visual management tools and resources required to more effectively and efficiently perform their job. This will be accomplished by utilizing QCDS boards and other visual management tools to expose problems (barriers) so that supervision can better understand the major causes and work to remove them. The QCDS boards track performance in Quality, Cost, Delivery and Safety, trend improvement against a target improvement level, track daily performance, provide a visual analysis of main problems, and track improvement activities.
