Six Sigma Project Facilitation
MainStream GS' Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Master Black Belts will train internal belt candidates and engineers in the course of facilitating a full range Six Sigma Project through the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control). Our Six Sigma Project Facilitation program will employ a vast array of statistical analysis tools and methodologies, and train client personnel in LSS tools and methodologies. Our LSS Master Black Belts will provide hand-on practical training of internal personnel.
Our Six Sigma Project Facilitation program requires the completion of a significant DMAIC project (must have a minimum impact of $500,000 in savings, or influence a major strategic objective) with the organization. LSS tools employed will include, but are not limited to: Basic statistics; regression analysis; analysis of variance; multivariate analysis; statistical process control; nonparametric testing; designed experiments; time series; simulation and distributions.
Our approach to Six Sigma Project Facilitation utilizes a number of tools, including but not limited to, basic statistics, regression analysis, analysis of variance, tables, multivariate analysis, statistical process control, reliability and survival analysis, nonparametric testing, designed experiments, graphics, time series, simulations, and demonstrations.
Solution Deliverables:
- Completed DMAIC Project with significant ROI
- Hands-on practical training of internal personnel
