VPP Integrated Strategy Planning
MainStream GS’ VPP Integrated Strategy Planning assists organizations in setting performance-based criteria for a managed safety and health system, and then assists in implementing the agreed upon criteria. MainStream GS’ VPP Integrated Strategy Planning utilizes the results of a VPP Assessment to develop an organization’s implementation strategy. MainStream GS' team of Occupational Safety and Health professionals will assist in establishing a VPP Steering Committee and work hand-in-hand with your staff to create a roadmap for ‘the way forward’. The roadmap will define personnel roles and responsibilities and task gap items. The development of successful safety and health management systems must begin with a thorough understanding of all potentially hazardous situations and the ability to recognize and correct hazards as they arise.
