MainStream GS' Strategy Alignment and Deployment (SA&D) program focuses on converting strategic plans into action. Our methodology is centered on three key enablers: a proven methodology that is used consistently throughout the organization, a robust governance system complete with key performance metrics to track progress and instill discipline / accountability, and a communications and change management plan to overcome resistance to change and open up channels of communication throughout the organization.
