MainStream GS' Delivery Training program is designed for managers responsible for leading new projects or initiatives that are directly linked to the strategic plan of the organization. Our Delivery Training program provides intensive training and coaching to improve your managers' development, delivery, and execution skills in an effort to achieve greater strategic alignment across your entire organization.
MainStream GS' Business Transformation team performs substantial pre-class tailoring and preparation, working with your organization's managers to ensure that the program's content is customized, to link to your organization's existing strategic plans and employee performance. Prep work includes conducting a high level review of your organization's strategic plan and key organizational objectives. This allows our Business Transformation team to identify high value concepts, initiatives, and projects to incorporate into the Delivery Training program and to set clear expectations and metrics for attendees prior to training.
Our Delivery Training program's classroom setting provides the ideal setting to teach managers skills to support the organization's strategy development and how to effectively and efficiently drive the execution of the organization's key objectives. In addition, emphasis is placed upon learning tools to successfully implement and execute strategic plans.
Our Business Transformation team will work with your managers to enable post-classroom execution and follow-through to move the organization towards sustained high performance. This is accomplished by providing post-training coaching and mentoring to support project execution and monitor progress made towards successfully completing the key objectives of your organization's strategic plan.
