Enterprise Value Stream Analysis (EVSA)
MainStream GS' Enterprise Value Stream (EVSA) program is a designed to develop a 12 - 15 month improvement plan that is aligned to the organization's performance gaps in their value stream. Our Business Transformation team will work with the leadership of your organization to develop a short to mid-range Strategic Road Map that prioritizes your organization's goals and objectives and then aligns your limited resources in order to achieve those prioritized objectives.
As part of MainStream GS' EVSA program, our Business Transformation team will develop (or validate) your organization's vision and mission, and formulate (or review) your organization's priorities, goals and objectives. In addition, key processes, sub-processes and value-added sub-process will be identified as well as opportunities for improvement. Our Business Transformation team will then work hand-in-hand with your organization's senior leadership to develop an implementation plan for a 12-18 month improvement roadmap.
