MainStream GS� Execution Management program follows Strategy Alignment & Deployment (SA&D) methodology to convert plans to action. Our Business Transformation team members are experts in implementing Standard Work and reinforcing day-to-day execution of SA&D through hands-on, direct facilitation of projects and events. Our Business Transformation team will train internal facilitators while providing program management oversight until internal program management capability is established.
Our Execution Management program includes the facilitation of Steering Teams and an Executive Committee to assist in the execution of SA&D to increase performance and sustain gains within your organization.
