MainStream GS' Leadership Training program provides your organization with a team of deeply experiences business transformation professionals to work directly with your senior leaders to provide coaching, mentoring, and industry best practices.
MainStream GS' Leadership Training program focuses on working one-on-one with your senior leaders to increase performance and sustain gains throughout your organization. Our Business Transformation team will assist your leadership to clearly define the organization's mission and vision for the future and then train your leadership on the skills and tools necessary to drive towards that vision.
Our approach to Leadership Training combines a unique blend of strategy planning, continuous process improvement, and program management tools. As a part of our Leadership Training program, our Business Transformation team will mentor your leadership team and teach them how to better identify barriers, create strategies to overcome those barriers, and align the various resources of the organization in order to focus the organization on executing those strategies. We will conduct interviews with key stakeholders within your organization and assist your leadership with creating a current state analysis report and gap action plan as well as conduct weekly coach status reports.
Our experience has shown that an organization's senior leaders must be persistently visible and engaged directly in the effort to most successfully drive execution and transformation. They must also understand and be sensitive to the cultural change management and stakeholder alignment components. One of the goals of our Leadership Training program is to impart knowledge and best practices to sunset our effort over time. This approach will enable your senior leaders to carry forward with enhanced awareness, skills, and approaches to improve their effectiveness as leaders of your organizational transformation in strategic alignment with the mission and vision of their organization. To ensure this knowledge is sustained our Business Transformation team will provide on-going coaching, mentoring and feedback post on-site.
